This document contains important information about your rights, obligations, and limitations related to your purchase. By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms stated below.
π« Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Policy

All goods sold, paid for, and delivered are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

All items include a 1-year in-house warranty.

For manufacturer or distributor extended warranties (after 1 year), additional processing and delivery fees apply.

A minimum 20% cancellation fee applies for last-minute order cancellations requiring a refund, subject to store management's approval
-
Advance/pre-order deposits are non-refundable.
π Shipping, Risk & Delivery Responsibility

Transportation and courier costs are to be borne by the purchaser.

For self-collected items, any paid shipping fees are non-refundable.

The buyer assumes all risk for postal/courier delivery orders.

In case of damage, loss, or mishandling, the buyer must file a claim with the respective courier provider.

Insurance is optional for items over RM500, and is recommended for added protection.
π§Ύ Invoice & Documentation

Always keep your original purchase receipt for warranty purposes.

DOTATECH reserves the right to reject any warranty claim without an official receipt.

If you do not receive your tax invoice within 7 working days, please request one (free of charge).

A RM15 fee applies for reissuing lost/misplaced invoices.
-
Marketplace receipts are not accepted as they lack the product serial number (S/N) required for verification.
π οΈ WARRANTY POLICY
β Warranty Will Be Considered Void If:

No original proof of purchase/receipt is provided.
-
Warranty seal/sticker is damaged, broken, or tampered.
-
Signs of misuse, mishandling, natural disasters, or unauthorized disassembly.
-
Burn marks or physical damage caused during use, assembly, or shipping.
-
Modifications, self-repairs, or excessive overclocking that cause malfunction.
π 7-Day Exchange Policy

One-to-one product exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase, subject to:

Stock availability & management/service center approval

β οΈ RMA/Service Handling Notice

If a returned product is found to be issue-free, a service fee starting from RM55 will be charged.

This fee compensates for technician labor and time.

DOTATECH is not liable for loss or corruption of data, or confidential/personal information.

Please back up your data before submitting any system/hardware for servicing.

All systems submitted for service are done at the customerβs own risk.

Same-day delivery (Grab, Lalamove, etc.)

Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Once completed, the collection will follow the same method.

Original invoice/receipt

Issue description

All original accessories (full-set condition)

ποΈ Abandonment Clause
Any system or hardware left unclaimed for more than 30 days after notification will be considered abandoned.
We reserve the right to dispose of such items without further notice.

DOTATECH reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
Dotatech is not responsible for any unlicensed software installed on hardware or systems.
