PLEASE CHECK CAREFULLY WHEN SENDING IN DEFECTIVE PART(S) FOR RMA/WARRANTY. IF WE FIND THE PRODUCT TO BE ISSUE-FREE, HANDLING AND SERVICE CHARGES WILL BE INCURRED STARTING FROM RM55 (SHIPPING NOT INCLUDED).

THE ESTIMATED RMA PROCESS TAKES 3-4 MONTHS, BUT TIME MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE PRODUCT DISTRIBUTORS.

WARRANTY ON ALL PRODUCTS SOLD IS CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID UNDER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- WARRANTY CLAIM DOES NOT COME WITH ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE/RECEIPT.
- WARRANTY SEAL/STICKER IS TORN, BROKEN, OR TAMPERED WITH.
- MISUSE, MISHANDLING, NATURAL DISASTER, OR UNAUTHORIZED DISASSEMBLY.
- BURN MARKS OR ANY PHYSICAL DEFECT/DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE END USER OR DURING DELIVERY/POSTAGE/COURIER.
- MODIFICATION, PERSONAL REPAIR, OR EXCESSIVE OVERCLOCKING RESULTING IN MALFUNCTION.

TO CLAIM WARRANTY, THE CUSTOMER MUST SEND THE PRODUCT TO OUR OFFICE BY DROP-OFF, POSTAGE, OR SAME-DAY DELIVERY SERVICES SUCH AS GRAB/LALAMOVE (AT THE CUSTOMER'S OWN COST). THE SAME PROCESS APPLIES FOR COLLECTION ONCE THE WARRANTY IS COMPLETED.

BEFORE SENDING A PRODUCT FOR WARRANTY, PLEASE MAKE SURE:
- THE PRODUCT INVOICE IS ATTACHED TO THE PRODUCT.
- CUSTOMER NAME & CONTACT DETAILS ARE ATTACHED TO THE PRODUCT.
- A DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE IS ATTACHED TO THE PRODUCT.
- THE PRODUCT IS IN FULL-SET CONDITION.
FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A DELAYED PROCESS.

PRODUCTS LEFT UNCOLLECTED AFTER SIXTY (60) DAYS FROM NOTIFICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED. WE MAY DISPOSE OF YOUR PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE.
BY SENDING PRODUCTS IN FOR RMA, WE WILL CONSIDER THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS AGREED TO DOTATECH IT ENTERPRISE'S WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS.
EXCHANGE
ALL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRE A ONE-TO-ONE EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY AND THE CONDITION OF THE PARTICULAR ITEMS.
EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE GRANTED UNDER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- WITHOUT ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE/RECEIPT.
- WARRANTY SEAL/STICKER IS TORN, BROKEN, OR TAMPERED WITH.
- MISUSE, MISHANDLING, NATURAL DISASTER, OR UNAUTHORIZED DISASSEMBLY.

- ONLINE MARKETPLACE ORDER (E.G. SHOPEE, LAZADA).
IF A CUSTOMER RECEIVES DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS FROM AN ONLINE MARKETPLACE, THE CUSTOMER MUST COMMUNICATE WITH OUR AGENT OR REQUEST A RETURN FROM THE RESPECTIVE MARKETPLACE.
