WARRANTY POLICY
⚠️ Important Notice Before Sending for RMA
Please inspect carefully before sending defective part(s) for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or warranty service.
If the product is found to be issue-free, a handling and service fee starting from RM55 (excluding shipping) will be charged.
This is to compensate our technicians for labor and time spent.
⏳ Estimated Processing Time
The typical RMA process takes 2–4 months, depending on the product brand, distributor, and service center/principal. Duration may vary by case.
❌ Warranty Will Be Void If:

The original store-issued proof of purchase/receipt is not provided.
⚠️ Marketplace receipts (e.g. Shopee/Lazada) are not accepted as they do not contain product serial numbers (S/N). -
The warranty seal/sticker is torn, broken, or tampered with.

Damage is caused by misuse, mishandling, natural disasters, or unauthorized assembly/disassembly.

There are burn marks, cracks, or any physical damage during use, assembly, delivery, courier, or postage.

The product shows signs of modification, personal repair, or overclocking that resulted in malfunction.

To submit a product for warranty, please deliver it to our office by:

Same-day delivery (e.g. Grab/Lalamove)
All shipping and delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.
The same delivery method applies for product collection after warranty completion.

Please attach the following to the product:

A copy of the original invoice/receipt

Customer name and contact details

Clear description of the issue

Full set of the product (with original accessories, if any)
❗ Missing any of the above may result in processing delays or rejection by the service center.
🗑️ Uncollected Products Policy
Products not collected within 30 days of notification will be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of without further notice.
By sending in a product for RMA, the customer is considered to have agreed to Dotatech's warranty terms and conditions.
EXCHANGE POLICY
🔁 7-Day One-to-One Exchange
Defective products may be eligible for a one-to-one exchange within 7 days from the purchase date,
subject to stock availability and product condition.
❌ Exchange Will Not Be Granted If:

No original proof of purchase/receipt is provided.

Warranty seal/sticker is damaged or tampered with.

Product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, natural disaster, or unauthorized disassembly.

Burn marks or physical damage during use or shipping/courier are present.

Signs of modification, personal repair, or overclocking are detected.

Product was purchased through online marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
