🚚 Shipping, Risk & Delivery Responsibility

• Transportation and courier costs are to be borne by the purchaser.

• For self-collected items, any paid shipping fees are non-refundable.

• The buyer assumes all risk for postal/courier delivery orders.

• In case of damage, loss, or mishandling, the buyer must file a claim with the respective courier provider.

• Insurance is optional for items over RM500, and is recommended for added protection.
