Q: What are the requirements for my computer to run at 400Hz?
A-1: Use DisplayPort and included DP cable
Connect the DisplayPort (1.4) on your PC, as the DP port has enough bandwidth to support 400Hz. The HDMI (2.0) port supports a maximum of 240Hz. We recommend using the DP cable included in the box (which has been inspected by us) to avoid any potential compatibility issues.
A-2: Recommended Configuration
For the Graphics Card, we suggest an NVIDIA RTX 30 series or an AMD RX 6000 series. For the CPU, we recommend using the 13th generation Intel or AMD Ryzen 5000 series or newer. Note: For any questions regarding the compatibility and capability of your GPU for 400Hz, please contact your graphics card manufacturer.
